Turkey Time

Thanksgiving is a fun time of year. Right before the craziness that is Christmas you get to take a break and spend some time with family. Which is exactly what we did. As the time for departure approached, Sean and I were busy wearing Jack out. Hoping that he would fall asleep on the way to aunt Mazie's for a quick nap. He did fall asleep, but sadly it was right as we approached her house. So Jack and I stayed in the car for awhile. When it was time to eat we wandered in, Jack still trying to wake up. He sat still long enough to eat a few bites of ham and potaoes. Then he was off to the "play room", where he would stay the remainder of the time. The "play room" consisted of a bed and a love sac. With his two older second cousins he jumped from one to the other for hours. Starting out with Grandpa helping and then moving on to jumping himself. He had a lot of fun with those boys!! Sean and I enjoyed the fact that he was so thouroughly distracted and talked with family. It was a fun time! The food was also delicious, I think Sean was full for two days.
