With the writers strike happening I thought we would be watching reruns for the rest of our lives. I'm not a fan of television but if I hear of a show that has tickled every critic pink, I will give it a shot. Eli Stone was refreshingly original. Its about a lawyer who is seeing things made up by his mind. With this being the pilot it was expected that they would bring someone very recognizable to the show. George Michael singing "faith" over and over again. My one criticism for this show is they keep eluding to Eli as a Prophet. Leave that out, please. Jonny Lee Miller is Eli Stone. You may recognize him from Hackers or Mansfield Park. I rather enjoyed this first episode and plan on giving it a shot in the future. This show is a definite must see, at least once. Plus, it looks great in High Def. physh
